M\u00eb 1 maj mbajt\u00ebm nj\u00eb fjalim p\u00ebr p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e tij filmike, duke filluar nga t\u00eb drejtat e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve. U takuam n\u00eb Beograd dy vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb dhe ne i tham\u00eb se si n\u00eb fondacionin Lumbardhi do t\u00eb donim t\u00eb b\u00ebnim nj\u00eb retrospektiv\u00eb t\u00eb filmave t\u00eb tij. Pas 10 sekondave t\u00eb para ai tha: &#8220;Mir\u00eb, do ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb&#8221; dhe pasi e tha k\u00ebt\u00eb me energjin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb zakonshme ai na foli p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje aktuale, po ashtu na prezantoi me student\u00ebt disident\u00eb. Energjia transformuese e \u017dilnikut u pasqyrua k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb mens\u00ebn e Universitetit t\u00eb Beogradit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dilniku, i cili sipas premtimit siguroi shfaqjen e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb filmave t\u00eb tij pa pages\u00eb, na mund\u00ebsoi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb retrospektiv\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb Lumbardh n\u00eb vitin 2019, erdhi n\u00eb Prizren p\u00ebr dy dit\u00eb dhe u takua me dashamir\u00ebsit e kinemas\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Master-regjisori erdhi n\u00eb Prizren edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb vit p\u00ebr filmin Rani Radovi (Vepra e Hershme \u2013 1969), i cili u shfaq n\u00eb Dokufest, p\u00ebr p\u00ebrvjetorin e 70\u2019t\u00eb t\u00eb fondacionit Lumbardhit organizuar n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Programin Vjetor t\u00eb Filmit LXX t\u00eb 70\u2019t\u00eb t\u00eb Dokufestit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kur e pash\u00eb tek qebaptorja p\u00ebrball\u00eb kinemas\u00eb Lumbardhi, iu afrova dhe ram\u00eb dakord t\u00eb b\u00ebnim nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb. U takuam pas shfaqjes s\u00eb filmit. I kujtova se kjo ishte vizita e tij e tret\u00eb dhe i k\u00ebrkova t\u00eb interpretonte se si e shikonte festivalin dhe ndryshimin n\u00eb Prizren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKa ndryshuar tep\u00ebr,\u201d tha ai pasi q\u00eb mendoi, dhe m\u00eb pas tha se \u201cu takova me Vetonin p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Zagrebdox. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ai ishte n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb festivalit dhe vet\u00eb ishte n\u00eb dilem\u00eb n\u00ebse do t\u00eb mund t\u2019ia dilte. Por tani ka edhe njer\u00ebz t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb shkolluar q\u00eb i njoh jasht\u00eb Vetonit. Ekziston nj\u00eb ekip njer\u00ebzish me marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb forta rajonale dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Gjithashtu, shoh q\u00eb institucionet vendore e publiku e mb\u00ebshtesin festivalin, gj\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb faktor shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm. Kombinimi i t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebtyre siguron q\u00eb festivali t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e duhur dhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb nga festivalet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb rajon.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po, gjat\u00eb pandemis\u00eb q\u00eb zgjati p\u00ebr 2 vjet, organizimi i Dokufestit, si t\u00eb gjitha manifestimet, u ndryshua pak dhe q\u00eb nga ky vit i \u00ebsht\u00eb rikthyer atmosfer\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr. Nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb mendoja p\u00ebr koh\u00ebt e xhirimeve t\u00eb filmave, proceset e p\u00ebrzgjedhjes, filmat alternativ\u00eb dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr po p\u00ebrfytyroja n\u00eb mendje filmat e \u017dilnikut. Problemet sociale n\u00eb Jugosllavin\u00eb \u017dilniku i preku n\u00eb filmat q\u00eb xhiroi n\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve 1960 dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve 1970, pas nj\u00eb kohe ai shkoi jasht\u00eb vendit n\u00ebn presionin e regjimit dhe u vendos n\u00eb Gjermani. \u017dilnik, i cili b\u00ebnte filma p\u00ebr problemet e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve migrant\u00eb n\u00eb Gjermani, ra n\u00eb sy t\u00eb regjimit gjerman dhe iu n\u00ebnshtrua nj\u00eb lloj censure t\u00eb quajtur Freiwilige Selbskontrolle, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u201cvet\u00ebkontroll vullnetar\u201d. N\u00eb vitet 90\u2019ta 2000\u2019ta ai preku edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tilla si: rezultati i krizave t\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve, pabarazia e t\u00eb ardhurave p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb politikave neoliberale si dhe zhdukjen e shtetit social. Ka filma t\u00eb mrekulluesh\u00ebm komedi, fantazi, filma dashurie. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, kur shikojm\u00eb prodhimet e artit filmik, shohim se p\u00ebrfshihen lloje t\u00eb zhanreve t\u00eb ndryshme. Dhe tani, filmat social ishin nj\u00eb zhan\u00ebr q\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqnin v\u00ebmendjen time gjithashtu. Por sigurisht, nuk po them q\u00eb ky \u00ebsht\u00eb elementi m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb artin filmik. Por un\u00eb zgjedh temat q\u00eb m\u00eb interesojn\u00eb, kryesisht p\u00ebr efektet e aktiviteteve ekonomike dhe politike mbi ne, jet\u00ebn ton\u00eb dhe mjedisin ton\u00eb\u201d.<br><br>P\u00ebr shembull, motivi q\u00eb m\u00eb shtyu t\u00eb xhiroja filmin Brooklyn Gusinje ishte ky. Ishte viti 1987 dhe pas nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi si Tito, ne filluam t\u00eb jetonim n\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem m\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, tani nuk kishte njeri aq autoritar sa Tito q\u00eb na qeveriste. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb n\u00eb Beograd dhe Zagreb ekzistonte besimi se ne po nd\u00ebrtonim nj\u00eb socializ\u00ebm demokratik. Por n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, disa dinamika n\u00eb burokraci p\u00ebrpiqeshin ta transformonin sistemin p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb dogmatiz\u00ebm e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb identiteti shqiptar filloi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet dal\u00ebngadal\u00eb prej tyre si \u201carmik i brendsh\u00ebm\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dhe kjo ishte shum\u00eb e \u00e7uditshme p\u00ebr mua, sepse ne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jetonim n\u00eb ideologjin\u00eb e Bashkim Vllaznim. Dhe kishte ligje dhe shpjegime shum\u00eb t\u00eb holl\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr etnit\u00eb. Ishin t\u00eb siguruara me kushtetut\u00eb. Dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb atmosfer\u00eb, shkova te producenti im dhe pyeta se nga cili vend jan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb Nju Jork si pun\u00ebtor\u00eb migrant\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai pasi e hulumtoi tha se jetonin n\u00eb Gusinje. E dija se n\u00eb Gusinje jetonin shqiptar\u00eb dhe boshnjak\u00eb. \u201cA d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb shkosh n\u00eb Nju Jork?\u201d pyeti ai. Jo, kam qen\u00eb disa her\u00eb n\u00eb Nju Jork, por n\u00eb Gusinje do ishte mir\u00eb t\u00eb shkoja. Fillimisht shkova tek berberi n\u00eb Gusinje, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin moment d\u00ebgjoja \u00e7do gj\u00eb p\u00ebrreth. Kjo ishte metoda ime p\u00ebr xhirimin e filmave. D\u00ebgjoja fraza t\u00eb tipit \u201cja djali i daj\u00ebs do t\u00eb kthehet pas 15 dit\u00ebsh\u201d, \u201cai vjen t\u00eb martohet\u201d. Aty gradualisht krijova skenarin p\u00ebr filmin Brooklyn Gusinje. Dhe vendosa t\u00eb b\u00ebj nj\u00eb film me tematik\u00ebn se ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb ka nd\u00ebrtime t\u00eb gabuara edhe pse ngjajm\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb me nj\u00ebri \u2013 tjetrin. I gjith\u00eb qyteti na ndihmoi. Mblodha ekipin p\u00ebr pak dit\u00eb, e xhiruam at\u00eb film n\u00eb nj\u00eb ambient shum\u00eb komod dhe e p\u00ebrfunduam at\u00eb. Kur u kthyem n\u00eb Beograd, e b\u00ebm\u00eb montazhin dhe menj\u00ebher\u00eb e treguam. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, filmi mori vler\u00ebsime shum\u00eb pozitive, ku gazetat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha jepnin gjithashtu vler\u00ebsime pozitive. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, nd\u00ebrsa politikat nacionaliste po zhvilloheshin nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00ebt po shpalleshin armik, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, disa besonin se mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohej nj\u00eb socializ\u00ebm liberal dhe demokratik. Pra, mjedisi ishte ende i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shpres\u00eb.<br><br>Isha pak kurioz p\u00ebr mendimet tuaja p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e rajonit. Vet\u00ebm pak muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb, mora pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb takim rajonal dhe d\u00ebshmova nj\u00eb brez t\u00eb ri slloven\u00ebsh dhe kroat\u00ebsh, madje edhe serb\u00eb q\u00eb flisnin anglisht mes tyre. Nd\u00ebrsa Jugosllavia, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, u zhduk, ajo la pas shum\u00eb kriminel\u00eb lufte, masakra e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb, saq\u00eb edhe vlerat e nd\u00ebrtuara nga ai sistem filluan t\u00eb shiheshin si t\u00eb pavlera. Por tani u shfaq\u00ebn shum\u00eb shtete t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb pavarura q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00eb-mjaftueshme dhe duhej t\u2019i drejtohen Bashkimit Evropian. Sllovenia, Kroacia, Maqedonia etj. Pra, n\u00eb fund mund t\u00eb them se projekti jugosllav fatkeq\u00ebsisht vdiq k\u00ebtu. Dhe restaurimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb joreal.
