M\u00ebnyra e parandalimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre zhvillimeve \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi shoq\u00ebror dhe rebelimi kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtyre zhvillimeve, dhe kjo ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj me krijimin e nj\u00eb revolucioni social, ku sipas Lefebvre, kjo pik\u00ebpamje revolucionare, e cila kund\u00ebrshton rendin ekzistues, mund t\u00eb konsiderohet si p\u00ebrkufizimi baz\u00eb i s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs themelore p\u00ebr qytet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lefebvre, duke p\u00ebrcaktuar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr qytet, thekson se e drejta p\u00ebr qytet p\u00ebrfshin \u201ct\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr liri, t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e individit brenda komunitetit, t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrim, t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar, t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb zot\u00ebruar pron\u00ebsi\u201d dhe e drejta p\u00ebr qytet n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb form\u00ebsuar brenda korniz\u00ebs s\u00eb koncepteve si strehimi, vendbanimi, liria dhe individualizimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, e drejta p\u00ebr qytet ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb n\u00eb fakt me demokracin\u00eb urbane; procese transparente n\u00eb vendimmarrje e me p\u00ebrjetimin e ndjenj\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb; me krijimin e nj\u00eb insfrastrukture nga veprimet e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb qytet. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, e drejta p\u00ebr qytet mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhet si nj\u00eb revolucion kund\u00ebr qasjes dominuese. Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij revolucioni \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb pushtimin e hap\u00ebsirave urbane, privimin nga drejt\u00ebsia urbane t\u00eb segmenteve t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb, shkat\u00ebrrimin e natyr\u00ebs dhe hap\u00ebsirave publike p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime personale n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u2019i shfryt\u00ebzoj\u00eb ato p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, David Harvey, i cili e p\u00ebrkufizon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr qytet si t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme dhe t\u00eb neglizhuar t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, ka prodhuar edhe studime t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme.
