Sot mund t\u00eb themi se jemi n\u00eb nj\u00eb kthes\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-post-time-to-read\">6\u20139 minuta<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Zhvillimi dhe institucionalizimi i kinemas\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka ndodhur me ndryshimet q\u00eb ka p\u00ebsuar kinemaja dhe me zhvillimet politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. P\u00ebrhapja e masmedias pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore dhe shfaqja e nj\u00eb sistemi t\u00eb ri politik n\u00ebn Jugosllavin\u00eb Socialiste \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto ngjarje. N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 20-vje\u00e7are e cila zgjati deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve 1960, kinemaja zuri vendin e saj si art masiv. Politikisht, sistemi socialist i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb kinemas\u00eb nj\u00eb prioritet q\u00eb nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb kurr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb \u2013 p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrhapur k\u00ebt\u00eb mjet masiv n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha zonat e vendit dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar infrastruktur\u00eb t\u00eb duhur. Sigurisht q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb anashkalohet p\u00ebrdorimi i kinemas\u00eb si mjet propagande brenda k\u00ebtij sistemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse shikojm\u00eb lajmet dhe kritikat e kinemas\u00eb n\u00eb shtypin kosovar gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve, shihet se kinemaja \u00ebsht\u00eb trajtuar si mjet ideologjik dhe industrial (krijimi i infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb kinemas\u00eb, shp\u00ebrndarja e kinemas\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr fshatra etj.). Zhvillimi dhe p\u00ebrhapja e kinemas\u00eb si dhe \u201czhvillimi\u201d i vendit kan\u00eb ndodhur me hapa paralele. Fundi politik i k\u00ebsaj narrative euforike u soll nga dy ngjarje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme simbolike politike n\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve 1960: shkarkimi i&nbsp; Aleksandar Rankovi\u0107 n\u00eb vitin 1966 dhe protestat e vitit 1968. Paralelisht me k\u00ebt\u00eb, ndryshimet ndodhin n\u00eb kinema si nj\u00eb medium masiv n\u00eb shkall\u00eb globale: me p\u00ebrhapjen e televizionit dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb me p\u00ebrhapjen e videosteknologjia e kinemas\u00eb dhe format e prodhimit hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb re. N\u00eb vitin 1962 n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb funksiononin 42 kinema me kapacitet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm prej 14785 ul\u00ebsesh. N\u00eb vitin 1979, numri i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i kinemave u ul n\u00eb 33. Kjo statistik\u00eb tregon se m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme se prodhimi i filmit dhe audienca ishte nd\u00ebrtimi i sallave t\u00eb filmit. Si\u00e7 e p\u00ebrmend\u00ebm n\u00eb&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220219125611\/https:\/\/prizmamedium.com\/2022\/01\/06\/institucionalizimi-i-kinemase-ne-kosove-hapat-e-pare\/\">artikullin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm<\/a>, me ndryshimet n\u00eb ligjin p\u00ebr kineman\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve 1960, u krijua nj\u00eb institucion autonom i prodhimit dhe shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb kinemas\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga ndryshimet q\u00eb po ndodh n\u00eb rajon. N\u00eb vitet 1970, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb u krijua nj\u00eb zon\u00eb e re diskutimi. Filluan t\u00eb dalin publikime si: Fjala, Dituria, Bota e Re. Po ashtu, sht\u00ebpia botuese Rilindja filloi p\u00ebrkthimin e botimeve teorike kritike. Nga fundi i viteve 1970, rreth k\u00ebtyre botimeve u formua nj\u00eb rreth i ri intelektual, si Gani Bobi dhe Ali Podrimja, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrgatit\u00ebn infrastruktur\u00ebn e viteve 1980. Midis tyre, Gani Bobi mori drejtimin edhe n\u00eb prodhimin e filmave vendas n\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve 1970 dhe fillim t\u00eb viteve 1980.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shkelzen Maliqi, n\u00eb nj\u00eb artikull p\u00ebr shtypin kosovar gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb Socialiste (Monopoli Informativ Kosovar, 1987), flet p\u00ebr stilin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb t\u00eb shkruarit t\u00eb shkrimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb disident\u00eb, t\u00eb rritur n\u00eb mjedisin shtyp\u00ebs t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Rankovicit. Sipas Maliqit, k\u00ebta autor\u00eb zhvilluan nj\u00eb stil narrativ t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb, simbolik dhe metaforik p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur nj\u00eb distanc\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar kritike me regjimin. Lexuesi, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb gjithashtu nj\u00eb aft\u00ebsi deshifruese gjat\u00eb leximit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre artikujve. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin shkrim, Maliqi thot\u00eb se edhe filmat e prodhuar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb vitet 1980 e kan\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjuh\u00eb mistike dhe konfuze.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mir\u00ebpon\u00eb vitet 1980, nuk ishin m\u00eb represionet e Rankovi\u0107it, por ishte nacionalizmi, i cili u ndje gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb sidomos pas kryengritjeve t\u00eb 1981-shit. Interesante \u00ebsht\u00eb se shum\u00eb prodhime t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe t\u00eb Kosova Filmit lidhen me periudh\u00ebn e Rankovi\u0107it dhe p\u00ebrdorin gjuh\u00eb metaforike n\u00eb kinematografin\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj kohe. Qosja n\u00eb vitet 1980 krijon nj\u00eb shembull paradigmatik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij fenomeni me dy filmat e tij t\u00eb prodhuar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Kosova Filmit. Proka, i cili u takua me publikun n\u00eb vitin 1985, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatje e tregimit t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr t\u00eb Filip Papajanit t\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb vitin 1936. Qosja n\u00eb film duke paraqitur nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb t\u00eb koh\u00ebs dhe hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs, l\u00eb bosh historikun e tregimit. Filmi, i cili mbart elemente t\u00eb kritik\u00ebs sociale, humb fuqin\u00eb e tij n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis metaforik dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm. Filmi \u2018Rrojet e Mjegulles\u2019, prodhim i vitit 1988, flet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shkrimtar t\u00eb izoluar n\u00ebn presionet e regjimit t\u00eb Rankovi\u0107it. Rr\u00ebfimi i err\u00ebt dhe i p\u00ebrzier i filmit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fakt si nj\u00eb rr\u00ebfim metaforik i viteve dhe presioneve n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat u prodhua filmi. Si\u00e7 tha edhe Qosja, ky film u ndalua pas nj\u00eb kohe t\u00eb shkurt\u00eb t\u00eb publikimit. K\u00ebtu pra \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb detaj q\u00eb duhet theksuar. Q\u00eb nga vitet 1980, n\u00eb \u00e7do republik\u00eb dhe rajon metafora bart\u00ebse e nacionalizmit n\u00eb Serbi \u00ebsht\u00eb Kosova dhe Rankovi\u0107. Diskursi nacionalist serb, i cili reagoi ashp\u00ebr ndaj protestave t\u00eb nisura n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1981, p\u00ebr pak sa&nbsp; nuk e ktheu funeralin e Rankovi\u0107it n\u00eb vitin 1983, n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrballje me ideologjin\u00eb e Jugosllavis\u00eb. N\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb mortore ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb rreth 100 mij\u00eb vet\u00eb, fjalimet e autoriteteve jugosllave u nd\u00ebrpren\u00eb me parulla, madje disa fjalime nuk pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb mbaheshin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas vitit 1999, kineman\u00eb e priste nj\u00eb realitet krejt tjet\u00ebr, i cili u shty n\u00eb ilegalitet dhe i mungonte mb\u00ebshtetja institucionale n\u00eb vitet e 90\u2019ta. Ndryshimi i shpejt\u00eb i teknologjis\u00eb dhe reflektimi i saj mbi kineman\u00eb dhe bot\u00ebn e imazheve l\u00ebviz\u00ebse n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi (m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja n\u00eb vitet 1980, u b\u00ebn\u00eb eksperimentet me video n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb bot\u00ebs) ndikimin e plot\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e pat\u00ebn t\u00eb mundur vet\u00ebm pas viteve shtyp\u00ebse t\u00eb 1990\u2019t\u00ebs. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe, pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb sistemeve socialiste, procesi dhe diskursi i globalizimit u b\u00ebn\u00eb dominues. Kjo situat\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoi l\u00ebvizjen e sistemit dhe kultur\u00ebn e kinemas\u00eb n\u00eb tregun bot\u00ebror. Me hapjen e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb tregun bot\u00ebror pas vitit 1999, \u00ebsht\u00eb par\u00eb se kinemaja ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb n\u00eb stilin e vendeve per\u00ebndimore. Ligji i ri p\u00ebr kineman\u00eb, i cili nuk ka pasur p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb konsiderueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ringjallur Kosovafilmin, \u00ebsht\u00eb pranuar nga Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs m\u00eb 14.10.2004 dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar nga UNMIK-u. Qendra Kinematografike e Kosov\u00ebs (QKK) u themelua n\u00eb vitin 2008 dhe filloi t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb prodhimin e filmit. QKK gjithashtu ka n\u00ebnshkruar marr\u00ebveshje me Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit dhe FAMU p\u00ebr arsimimin e student\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs duke filluar nga kalendari akademik 2014-2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zhvillimet n\u00eb kineman\u00eb e shekullit t\u00eb 21-t\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe kalimi nga periudha shtyp\u00ebse e viteve 1990 n\u00eb mjedisin liberal t\u00eb tregut t\u00eb viteve 2000 kan\u00eb shkaktuar ndryshime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn dhe vizionin e kinemas\u00eb. Nj\u00eb shembull paradigmatik p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb mund t\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb kineman\u00eb Lumbardhi n\u00eb Prizren. Ekipi i kinemas\u00eb Lumbardhi u rigrupua pas luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb rikthyer kineman\u00eb e nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb (kinemaja deri at\u00ebher\u00eb quhej Bistrica), por e kuptuan se sa e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ishte funksionimi i nj\u00eb kinemaje n\u00eb rendin e ri politik dhe kushtet e reja t\u00eb tregut, dhe shpejt u t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn nga kjo pun\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo, nj\u00eb festival i filmit dokumentar luajti rolin m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb parandalimin e privatizimit dhe shembjen e objektit t\u00eb kinemas\u00eb. Dokufest ishte nj\u00eb festival i nisur nga disa filmdash\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2002 p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb funksion kinemas\u00eb Lumbardhi. Duke u rritur me kalimin e viteve dhe duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb deg\u00eb t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebrve\u00e7 shfaqjes s\u00eb filmave (si\u00e7 jan\u00eb programet tematike, seminare, panele, ekspozita, programe edukative, programe muzikore) festivali u b\u00eb faktori m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb popullarizimin e nj\u00eb mode t\u00eb re kinemaje n\u00eb vend. Sot, kultura e kinemas\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb larg thjesht\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkohshm\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb portretizohet me nj\u00eb objekt kinemaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00eb fundi, le ta mbyllim artikullin duke folur p\u00ebr v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrimi retroaktiv n\u00eb kinema. Si\u00e7 e p\u00ebrmend\u00ebm n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb artikullit, nd\u00ebrtimi i historis\u00eb s\u00eb kinemas\u00eb varet nga zhvillimi i praktikave t\u00eb reja arkivore dhe zhvillimeve interpretuese. P\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb shembull t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, edhe institucioni Kosovafilm ka nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuar t\u00eb filmave dhe materialeve t\u00eb tjera vizuale dhe t\u00eb shkruara. Nj\u00eb studiues apo adhurues i filmave q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron t\u2019i shikoj\u00eb k\u00ebta filma sot, duhet ta provoj\u00eb fatin e tij n\u00eb arkivin e cinematek-ut n\u00eb Beograd, i cili pretendon t\u00eb drejta p\u00ebr k\u00ebta filma dhe mban shum\u00eb nga kopjet e tyre. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb arrihen filmat e prodhuar nga RTP (Radio Televizioni i Prishtin\u00ebs). Arkivi ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kategorizuar, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e materialeve jan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuara dhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrdoret jasht\u00eb institucionit n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb lejeve dhe procedurave t\u00eb ndryshme. Prandaj, qasja n\u00eb materialet baz\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes negociatave, marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb caktuara institucionale dhe ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb politike, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb procesesh q\u00eb shpesh tejkalojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet individuale t\u00eb studiuesit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marrja me arkivin, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsive teknike, sjell me vete edhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi teorike dhe politike. T\u00eb jesh n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb b\u00ebsh nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb historike kritike k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb shkosh p\u00ebrtej koordinatave shtet\u00ebrore dhe nacionaliste q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb arkivin. Si\u00e7 theksojn\u00eb shum\u00eb historian\u00eb kritik\u00eb, krijimi i nj\u00eb arkivi n\u00ebnkupton edhe interpretimin e tij: ai q\u00eb krijon arkivin ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn ta interpretoj\u00eb at\u00eb. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t\u00eb kesh nj\u00eb arkiv t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm dhe neutral. Kjo pik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht e dukshme n\u00eb vendet q\u00eb karakterizohen si \u201cpost-socialiste\u201d, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Kosova.
