S\u00eb bashku me Luft\u00ebn e Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore ka ndodhur edhe r\u00ebnia e sistemit t\u00eb monarkis\u00eb dhe sip\u00ebrmarrjeve private, nd\u00ebrsa me krijimin e Jugosllavis\u00eb Socialiste kinemas\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb kushtuar nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi e madhe, duke krijuar zonat e prodhimit, shp\u00ebrndarjes dhe shfaqjes, n\u00eb rend t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Bashkimin Sovjetik; kurse m\u00eb pas (1948) ky sistem u riformua mbi baz\u00ebn e decentralizimit. Sidomos gjat\u00eb viteve 1950-1960 u hodh\u00ebn hapa t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr masivizimin e kinemas\u00eb. Si n\u00eb Jugosllavi ashtu edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb filluan t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohen sallat e kinemas\u00eb, n\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb vitit 1952 n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb u hap\u00ebn kinemat\u00eb Bistrica-Lumbardhi n\u00eb Prizren dhe kinemaja Omladina-Rinia n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00ebsia e Kinemas\u00eb, e cila u themelua n\u00eb vitin 1944 nga Ushtria Popullore Jugosllave gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb Korporat\u00eb Kinematografike t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb Popullore Jugosllave m\u00eb 3 korrik 1945. Institucioni i Kinemas\u00eb si nj\u00eb nga institucionet jugosllave i formuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me modelin e aplikuar nga BRSS; \u00ebsht\u00eb formuar si nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsi n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit, buxheti i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs sigurohej nga shteti. Nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 1946, u krijua Komiteti i Kinematografis\u00eb, organi m\u00eb i lart\u00eb i kinemas\u00eb; Aleksandar&nbsp; Vu\u010do nj\u00eb shkrimtar i respektuar dhe nj\u00eb nga themeluesit e ekipit t\u00eb surrealizmit t\u00eb Beogradit t\u00eb viteve 20, u em\u00ebrua kryetar i komitetit nga vet\u00eb Josip Broz Tito. Komiteti i Kinematografis\u00eb duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb zhvillimin e kinemas\u00eb n\u00eb Jugosllavi ishte plot\u00ebsisht i autorizuar edhe p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme si, botimin e revistave dhe librave kinematografik, xhirimin e filmave edukativ\u00eb e dokumentar\u00eb si dhe shp\u00ebrndarjen e filmave t\u00eb huaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vu\u010do;&nbsp; deklaroi se kinemaja jugosllave duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb informuese p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn heroike \u00e7lirimtare dhe p\u00ebr hapat revolucionar\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat do t\u2019u mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb t\u00eb mburren me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e tyre; \u201cveprat e kineast\u00ebve jugosllav\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb informuese dhe jo estetike. Artist\u00ebt jugosllav\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb xheloz\u00eb p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsit\u00eb teknike t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura nga vendet per\u00ebndimore, sepse kinemaja jugosllave n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb ishte estetikisht e k\u00ebndshme p\u00ebr syrin mori p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb informuar publikun n\u00eb vend, gj\u00eb q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit tan\u00eb e presin nga artist\u00ebt dhe meritojn\u00eb t\u00eb informohen p\u00ebr k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje,<em>\u201d theksoi ai.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ecuria e kinematografis\u00eb jugosllave n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim u rikthye gjat\u00eb konfliktit mes Jugosllavis\u00eb dhe BRSS-s\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1948 dhe u nd\u00ebrpre plot\u00ebsisht n\u00eb 2 vitet e ardhshme. Q\u00eb nga viti 1950, struktura e vet\u00ebmenaxhimit \u00ebsht\u00eb aplikuar edhe n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e kinemas\u00eb. Reflektimi i praktik\u00ebs s\u00eb vet\u00eb-menaxhimit n\u00eb kinema fillimisht u shfaq n\u00eb form\u00ebn e pastrimit t\u00eb industris\u00eb kinematografike jugosllave nga modeli sovjetik. Kinematografia e Jugosllavis\u00eb s\u00eb Re m\u00eb 1950; \u00ebsht\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb prodhimin e filmit, tregtin\u00eb e filmit dhe s\u00eb treti n\u00eb shfaqjen e filmit. Prej tyre, prodhimi i filmit u vler\u00ebsua n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201cR\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb kulturore\u201d, tregtia e filmit u vler\u00ebsua n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201cTregtia e brendshme dhe e jashtme\u201d, dhe distributori dhe shfaqja e filmit u vler\u00ebsuan n\u00ebn \u201cSh\u00ebrbimin\u201d. Me ligjin e kinemas\u00eb t\u00eb miratuar n\u00eb vitin 1956, vendimi p\u00ebr subvencionimin e prodhimit t\u00eb filmit nga buxheti i shtetit u hoq dhe u vendos nj\u00eb taks\u00eb prej 17%-23% n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha biletat e kinemas\u00eb. T\u00eb ardhurat nga tatimi u transferuan drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb kompanit\u00eb vendase t\u00eb prodhimit t\u00eb filmit dhe kinemaja jugosllave filloi t\u00eb ringjallej. Derisa zhvillimet institucionale u p\u00ebrjetuan n\u00eb mbar\u00eb Jugosllavin\u00eb, nisma t\u00eb vogla u kryen edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kulturno-Propagandni Centar (Qendra p\u00ebr Kultur\u00eb-Propagand\u00eb) \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluar n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb m\u00eb 11 dhjetor 1960. E themeluar n\u00ebn presidenc\u00ebn e Rade Djuric, departamenti i prodhimit filmik t\u00eb qendr\u00ebs funksiononte me emrin Kos-Met Film. Detyrat kryesore t\u00eb qendr\u00ebs u p\u00ebrcaktuan si n\u00eb p\u00ebrkthimin e filmave, krijimin e stafit teknik, koordinimin e kinemave udh\u00ebtuese dhe ofrimin e mb\u00ebshtetjes teknike p\u00ebr shfaqjen 16 mm. Prodhimi dhe shp\u00ebrndarja e filmit u vler\u00ebsua gjithashtu n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb qendr\u00ebs. N\u00eb vitin 1966, qendra xhiroi filmin e saj t\u00eb par\u00eb, t\u00eb titulluar&nbsp;<em>Ekselencije: Kad bi sva deca sveta<\/em>, i cili u shkrua nga regjisori i teatrit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs Slobodan Popi\u00e7 dhe me regji t\u00eb regjisorit beogradas Zdravko Velimirovi\u00e7. Filmi, objekt i t\u00eb cilit ishin intervistat poetike t\u00eb mbajtura n\u00eb nj\u00eb klub f\u00ebmij\u00ebsh, t\u00ebrhoqi v\u00ebmendjen e madhe n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Ky film, i cili u shfaq n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 100 vende nga UNICEF, fitoi \u00e7mime dhe u prit me interes n\u00eb Oberhausen, Mosk\u00eb, Teheran dhe shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera. Qendra m\u00eb von\u00eb prodhoi 6 filma t\u00eb tjer\u00eb dokumentar\u00eb. Mes tyre jan\u00eb filmat Skenderbeg (Zdravko Velimirovi\u00e7) dhe Nj\u00eb Lindje (Ekrem Kryeziu). N\u00eb vitin 1968 u xhirua filmi i par\u00eb shqiptar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb me skenarin e Abdurrahman Shal\u00ebs dhe Murteza Pezes, n\u00ebn regjin\u00eb e Miki Stamenkovi\u00e7it. Filmi Uka i Bjeshk\u00ebve t\u00eb Nemura (1968) u shfaq n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 40 vende.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1962, Ligji i Filmit u rishikua dhe zhvillimi i tij u inkurajua duke marr\u00eb parasysh dallimet kulturore n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha republikat. Me iniciativ\u00ebn e Abdurrahman Shal\u00ebs u themelua dega e Slavija Film n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Por, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb problemeve administrative, kjo deg\u00eb u mbyll p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr. M\u00eb 20 shkurt 1969 u themelua institucioni Kosovafilm nga Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs dhe kryetar i tij u em\u00ebrua Abdurrahman Shala. Me themelimin e Kosovafilmit, Qendra e Kultur\u00ebs dhe Propagand\u00ebs u mbyll dhe detyrat e saj i kaluan Kosovafilmit. Ky film \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga filmat m\u00eb t\u00eb ndjekur t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin rolin kryesor e zot\u00ebronte Faruk Begolli. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj jan\u00eb xhiruar filma si\u00a0<em>Moja Luda Glava<\/em>\u00a0(1971 \u2013\u00a0<em>Vuk Vuca<\/em>),\u00a0<em>Kondori<\/em>\u00a0(1970 \u2013\u00a0<em>Zoran Calic<\/em>). Filmi \u00ebsht\u00eb xhiruar nga Umir Krvi (1971 \u2013\u00a0<em>Zdravko Velimirovi\u00e7<\/em>) n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me FRZ me qend\u00ebr n\u00eb Beograd dhe b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr familjet shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi q\u00eb i japin fund gjakmarrjes. Filmi u zgjodh si filmi m\u00eb i mir\u00eb dokumentar n\u00eb Festivalin e Filmit t\u00eb Shkurt\u00ebr dhe n\u00eb Festivalin Dokumentar t\u00eb Beogradit.\u00a0<em>Kako Umreti \u2013 Si e Vdiset<\/em>\u00a0(1972), me regji t\u00eb Miomir Stamenkovi\u00e7, ishte filmi i par\u00eb i prodhuar vet\u00ebm nga Kosovafilm pa mb\u00ebshtetjen e nj\u00eb kompanie tjet\u00ebr produksioni. Abdurrahman Shala u kritikua dhe u shkarkua n\u00eb vitin 1975, me arsyetimin se luft\u00ebn antifashiste t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb e interpretoi me gjuh\u00eb qesharake n\u00eb filmin Crveni Udar. Shkrimtari Azem Shkreli u em\u00ebrua drejtor i Kosovafilm, duke z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar Shal\u00ebn. Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkrelit, Kosovafilm u fokusua m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb produksionet kosovare. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr ishte xhiruar dokumentari \u201c117\u201d i Besim Sahat\u00e7iut dhe filmi \u201cKur Pranvera Vonohet\u201d me regji t\u00eb Ekrem Kryeziut. Skenari i filmit \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Azem dhe Imer Shkreli, bazuar nga ditar\u00ebt e dit\u00ebve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Fadil Hoxh\u00ebs. Ky film fillimisht ishte planifikuar t\u00eb b\u00ebhej nga Zivojin Pavlovic. Megjithat\u00eb, Pavlovic u pa si \u201ci kund\u00ebrshtuesh\u00ebm\u201d nga qeveria e asaj periudhe, dhe gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb kohe thuhej se xhirimi i filmit do t\u00eb realizohej nga Bekim Fehmiu dhe p\u00ebrfundimisht filmi u realizua nga regjia e Ekrem Kryeziut. Kosovafilm po ashtu n\u00eb vitet 1980\u2019ta ka prodhuar filmat, si:\u00a0 Gjurm\u00ebt e bardha (1980 \u2013 Ekrem Kryeziu), Lepuri me pes\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb (1982 \u2013 Ismail Ymeri), Proka (1984 \u2013 Isa Qosja), Njeriu prej dheut (1984, Agim Sopi), Pikniku (1986 \u2013 Emin Halili), Rojet e mjegull\u00ebs (1988 -Isa Qosja).
